Cancellations:
I require 24 hours cancellation notice or the first missed session will be billed at half price. Subsequent missed sessions will be billed at full price and prepayment may be required. *Emergency situations are considered.
If the service was purchased through a gift certificate, the gift certificate will become null and void.
Late:
It is the responsibility of the client to arrive on time. If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please notify me ASAP. The session will be billed in full and we will make efficient use of the remaining time.
* In the rare event that I’m running late, you will receive your full session (if convenient for both of us)… and if not, I will adjust the fee accordingly.
Client responsibilities:
To make the session as beneficial as possible, please come clean and prepared to discuss any concerns you may have. It is appreciated if you also avoid the use of any perfumed or aromatic substances on your body/clothing.
It is up to each individual to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. Lewd behavior or sexual misconduct is never tolerated, and may result in the session being terminated immediately and the client being liable for full payment.
Please refrain from attending sessions if you are ill, contagious, or under the influence of street drugs or alcohol. The session may be terminated if suspect of any of these situations and full payment will be due.
