Gift Certificates:
Payment in advance by credit/debit card for on-line purchase. Cash payment also accepted for office purchase. Local checks only.
E-mail the name of the person receiving the gift, plus the name you wish to have it coming from – or leave names blank for future use. Once payment has been received, a .pdf file will be sent to you with the information and authorization # printed on the certificate. You may then print the certificate on special paper or e-mail it to the person receiving it. I will be happy to e-mail/snail mail it for you if you send me the information. You can also arrange to purchase and pick up a hard copy at the office. I will need your name, address, phone or email address as purchaser. Payment link will be sent to you. Gift certificates are not refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash. You can use them for yourself or give as a gift.
