Got a Little Covid-19 Stress?

One of the primary benefits of massage is a reduction of stress and anxiety. Numerous studies over the years have shown that massage therapy increases the levels of endorphins and serotonin in the body, thus reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation. Massage also reduces certain hormone levels such as cortisol, which is responsible for increased stress. This is important especially for those who have been living with lack of touch now and during the past year. Massage provides the human connection and assists in the re-connection to your own body.

In my office I adhere to State and Boulder County health guidelines regarding Covid-19. Masks are required entering the building and in my office, and if you do not have one I can provide one for you. Hand sanitizer is also available. I will try to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I look forward to helping you reconnect with yourself and the world again through the miraculous energy exchange of human touch.
